How do I send you a logo to include on my
racing bib?
Once you've completed our ordering process,
you will become a VIP customer and we'll allocate you a special
login. Within our VIP Customer area you'll be able to upload your
graphics directly to us, or send them via email.
What format or specifications do our logos
need to be?
We accept EPS, JPEG (non compressed),
TIFF, and AI graphic formats. Images should be at least 300DPI.
You can also upload images to us that have been created in Corel
Draw, Quark Express 4.1 (MAC and PC), or Illustrator 10 (MAC and
PC).
Do you keep my details on file, as our sporting
event is conducted annually?
Each orders' details are recorded in
our database, so if you need additional racing bibs, or simply need
to re-order again, you can do so from our VIP Customer area. Simply
choose the event from your own list, and all the details will be
recalled for your approval.
Do you provide a 'proof' that we can authorise
prior to printing all our bibs?
Absolutely. We will send you a proof
via email as a PDF document, prior to final printing for your approval.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are accepted, however, after
your supplied proof has been approved, we are unable to provide
a refund for a job in production.
Can we send you a database of participants
for our event, and produce racing bibs with their details on each
bib?
Yes. Once you've sent us your order,
you'll have access to our VIP Customer area, which enables you to
directly send us your database for inclusion. We accept data in
the following formats: DBase IV, CSV, and MS Excel files.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow at least 7 days for production
and shipping.
